En cliquant sur ce résultat, elle arrive sur le site « http://www.dbsi.eu », qui comporte d’autres noms et prénoms précédés d’un numéro de sécurité sociale. ..Elle clique sur le sien, et découvre le dossier médical de son fils, Jean-François, prématuré né à l’hôpital Nord de Marseille, le 22 juin 2008. Elle constate qu’elle peut aussi accéder aux autres, et même les modifier ou les supprimer.Le lendemain matin, elle porte plainte contre l’hôpital, pour violation du secret professionnel».

Nos serveurs sont attaqués des dizaines de fois par jour. Tous les trois mois environ, un hacker trouve le moyen de déjouer les systèmes de sécurité. La dernière intrusion date d’il y a une semaine. Des pirates sont parvenus à véhiculer un malware au travers du nom de domaine 20minutes.ch. Un fichier Flash infecté en était à l’origine. Ce script tentait d’installer le virus d’un site tiers grâce aux lacunes des ordinateurs des utilisateurs. Ce logiciel malveillant, le cheval de Troie Gozi, a finalement été retiré par notre service informatique.

The attack comes five weeks after Ukraine’s power grid was successfully disrupted in what’s believed to be the world’s first-known hacker-caused power outage. Researchers still aren’t sure if the malware known as BlackEnergy was the direct cause of the blackout, but they have confirmed the malicious package infected at least three of the regional power authorities that were involved in the outage. Researchers have since said the attack was extremely well coordinated.

But individuals active within Gamergate – either a movement dedicated to harassing women and what the group calls Social Justice Warriors (SJWs) in the games industry and/or campaigning for better transparency and ethical standards within the media, depending on who you ask – had a different reaction. They used this tragedy to present a Gamergate critic, Canadian journalist Veerender Jubbal, as one of the Paris terrorists.

The case for expanded surveillance of communications, however, is complicated by an analysis of recent terrorist attacks. The Intercept has reviewed 10 high-profile jihadi attacks carried out in Western countries between 2013 and 2015 (see below), and in each case some or all of the perpetrators were already known to the authorities before they executed their plot. In other words, most of the terrorists involved were not ghost operatives who sprang from nowhere to commit their crimes.
